  1. Sun rays and 46 stars are gracefully engraved around Lady Liberty and the coin rim in a circulating pattern.

 

  1. At the top of the obverse side of American bullion coins, you will find the word “LIBERTY” along with the mintage year.

Reverse Design

  1. On the reverse side of the American Eagle Gold Coin, you can see a striking left profile of the bald eagle’s head, the emblematic symbol of the United States. 

 

  1. Around the Eagle portrait, there are “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” “E PLURIBUS UNUM, “ In God We Trust, “and the coin’s gold weight & purity ( for instance, 1 OZ. A.U. 9167”) engraved, prominently.
