I revoke all my prior 4-5 star rating. I've ordered from here many times and I am sorry but please if you are here today checking reviews. Ignore all prior reviews going back to early 2025, 2024, etc.. This place has dropped right off. Was one of the best places and now they are atrocious. Highest spot prices in Canada, not a good selection at all, they keep playing with the delivery rate threshold, and their delivery times have dropped right off. Sometimes you may not even get your order and will be left disputing with your credit card company. The customer service is not worth your time either. They can't even hire competent staff to deal with complaints or resolve issues. STAY FAR away from this place!

Tried to sell some silver here. Was offered 33 CAD for 1 oz of silver, when spot price 55. 40% off spot is criminal, and on par with pawn shops. Don't sell silver here.

I don't have a good experience unfortunately, they didn't return to my emails, I sent 2 follow up emails, simply asking for a response, still to this day months later, no response. I am trying to buy but no one is responding...
